This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer for wholesale orders placed through our website. The Buyer completes the order by approving this agreement at the payment step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buyer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A natural or legal person (\u201cBuyer\u201d) placing an order through our website within the scope of their commercial or professional activity. The Buyer's company name, tax details, billing and delivery address are the information entered and approved at the payment step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Subject of the agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer through www.calimeratoptan.com, whose specifications and sale price are stated in the order summary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Commercial status of the Buyer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our website sells wholesale only for commercial purposes, for resale. By providing tax details and ticking the relevant declaration box at the payment step, the Buyer declares that they are purchasing the products within the scope of their commercial or professional activity, for resale. Therefore, these sales are not consumer transactions under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation; the relationship between the parties is governed by Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098. Persons wishing to shop as consumers may not order from our website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Products, price and payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • The type, model, colour, size breakdown (set), quantity and price of the products are shown in the order summary and on the payment page. Prices on product pages are in Turkish lira and exclude VAT; VAT is shown separately in the order summary on the payment page and added to the total.<\/li>\n\n\n
  • For products sold in size sets, orders are placed in full multiples of the size breakdown stated on the product page. The minimum order quantity is shown on the product page.<\/li>\n\n\n
  • Payment is taken by credit or debit card through the infrastructure of PayTR \u00d6deme ve Elektronik Para Kurulu\u015fu A.\u015e. Card details are not seen or stored by the Seller. Payment by bank transfer or EFT may be agreed separately.<\/li>\n\n\n
  • If there is an obvious error in the prices on the website, the Seller has the right to cancel the order by informing the Buyer and to refund the amount collected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    5. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • Products are prepared after the payment is confirmed and shipped with the contracted carrier to the delivery address provided by the Buyer. For products in stock, preparation usually takes 1 to 3 business days; this period may not exceed 30 days.<\/li>\n\n\n
    • The shipping fee and delivery method are stated in the order summary. Unless otherwise stated, the shipping fee is paid by the Buyer.<\/li>\n\n\n
    • The Buyer is obliged to check the parcels upon delivery. Damaged, crushed or opened parcels should not be accepted, or a report should be drawn up with the courier.<\/li>\n\n\n
    • If delivery cannot be made for reasons attributable to the Buyer (wrong address, not being at the address, etc.), any additional costs are borne by the Buyer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      6. Defective products, returns and cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Defective or incorrectly shipped products, order cancellation and return conditions are explained on the Returns and cancellations page, which forms part of this agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7. Obligations of the parties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • The Seller is obliged to deliver the products intact, complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.<\/li>\n\n\n
      • The Buyer agrees that the company, tax and address information provided during the order is correct and that they will notify any changes. Invoices are issued based on this information.<\/li>\n\n\n
      • The Buyer may not alter the brands and labels on the products without permission, and may not present the products in a misleading way on behalf of the Seller's brand.<\/li>\n\n\n
      • The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure (natural disaster, epidemic, war, strike, extraordinary disruptions in shipping or production); in such a case the Seller informs the Buyer, and the Buyer may cancel the order and receive a refund if they wish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        8. Personal data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        The Buyer's personal data is processed for the purposes explained in the KVKK personal data notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        9. Evidence and disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        The parties agree that, in disputes arising from this agreement, the Seller's electronic records and order and payment records constitute conclusive evidence under Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100. Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        10. Entry into force<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        At the payment step, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted this agreement and the pre-information form. The agreement enters into force with this approval. The date and time of approval are stored in the order record.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
