Personal data we process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CategoryData<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IdentityName and surname, Turkish ID number (for sole proprietorships)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ContactPhone, email, billing and delivery address<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customer transactionCompany name, tax office and number, order, cart, invoice and return information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FinancePayment amount, payment status, instalment information. Your card number is not seen or stored by us; it is processed directly by the payment institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transaction securityIP address, session information, login records, an irreversible hash of your password<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Purposes of processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evaluating your dealer application and managing your customer or dealer account (if you have opened one)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Taking your orders, collecting payment, invoicing and delivery<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Handling return, exchange and complaint processes<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Fulfilling retention and reporting obligations arising from tax and commercial legislation<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Ensuring site and account security and preventing misuse<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Contacting you about your orders and account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Legal grounds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your personal data is processed on the following grounds under Article 5(2) of the KVKK:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>(c) Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (order, delivery, dealership)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>(\u00e7) Fulfilling our legal obligations (invoices, tax records)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>(e) Establishing, exercising or protecting a right (evidence in disputes)<\/li>\n\n\n<li>(f) Our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (site security)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We ask for your separate explicit consent to send commercial electronic messages (campaigns, announcements); we do not currently send such messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Who we transfer data to<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment institution: PayTR \u00d6deme ve Elektronik Para Kurulu\u015fu A.\u015e., to collect your payment<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Shipping companies: name, phone and address for delivery<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Accounting and financial advisory services: for invoicing and legal records<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Authorised public institutions: where required by legislation and upon request<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Hosting and infrastructure service providers: our website and database are hosted on the servers of cloud service providers. As these servers may be located abroad, this transfer is made in accordance with the procedures in Article 9 of the KVKK.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Collection method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your data is collected electronically through the dealer application form, order and request forms, account and address forms, order and payment steps, and phone, email and WhatsApp correspondence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Retention period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires. Invoice and commercial ledger records are kept for 10 years as required by the relevant legislation. When the period expires, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Your rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to us you have the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>learn whether your personal data is processed and request information,<\/li>\n\n\n<li>learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,<\/li>\n\n\n<li>know the third parties to whom it is transferred in T\u00fcrkiye or abroad,<\/li>\n\n\n<li>request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect,<\/li>\n\n\n<li>request deletion or destruction when the conditions are met,<\/li>\n\n\n<li>request that corrections and deletions be notified to the parties it was transferred to,<\/li>\n\n\n<li>object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems,<\/li>\n\n\n<li>request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may exercise these rights by applying to us as described below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.
