{"id":34,"date":"2026-11-08T14:29:12","date_gmt":"2026-11-08T11:29:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/calimeratoptan.com\/?page_id=34"},"modified":"2026-11-08T14:35:30","modified_gmt":"2026-11-08T11:35:30","slug":"iade-ve-iptal","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/calimeratoptan.com\/en\/iade-ve-iptal\/","title":{"rendered":"Returns and Cancellation Terms"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Last updated: 8 November 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here you can find the cancellation, defective product and exchange procedures for your wholesale orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To cancel your order before it is shipped, simply contact us by phone or WhatsApp. Your payment is refunded in full.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled; in this case the return conditions below apply.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>If we cancel an order for reasons such as insufficient stock or a price error, we will inform you and refund your payment in full.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Defective or incorrectly shipped products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check the products within 8 days of receiving them at the latest. If you notice a manufacturing defect, missing items or an incorrect shipment (wrong model, colour or size breakdown), notify us within this period with photos.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>For hidden defects, the notification period is 8 days from the date the defect is noticed (Turkish Commercial Code, Art. 23).<\/li>\n\n\n<li>After your notification is reviewed, defective products are, at your choice, replaced, completed or refunded. In this case the shipping cost is paid by us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns of non-defective products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In wholesale, returns and exchanges of non-defective products are not accepted as a rule. You can contact us about special cases; for accepted returns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products must be unused, with tags and in their original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Products sold in size sets must be returned as complete sets, without breaking the set.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>The shipping cost is paid by the buyer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Notify us of your order number and the reason for return by phone (+90 546 264 01 14), WhatsApp (+90 534 926 85 69) or email (<a href=\"mailto:aydin210@outlook.com\">aydin210@outlook.com<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n<li>You will receive return approval and shipping information.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Send the products together with your invoice to this address: Merkez, Merter Sok. No:38 D:1C, 34164 G\u00fcng\u00f6ren \/ Istanbul, T\u00fcrkiye.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Returns or exchanges are made after the products reach our warehouse and are checked.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For approved returns, payment is refunded to the card used for the order within 10 business days at the latest. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank. Payments made by bank transfer are refunded to your company's bank account.
