What is the minimum order quantity?<\/summary>

You can order a minimum of 1 pack. A standard pack has 4 pieces (one each of sizes S-M-L-XL). The pack content may differ for some products; every product page shows how many pieces 1 pack contains.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n

What is a pack (asorti)?<\/summary>

A pack (asorti) is a set made up of different sizes of the same style. Our products are sold in packs (series), not as single pieces. The number of packs you add to the cart and the matching total number of pieces are shown on the product page.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n

How do I place an order?<\/summary>

Choose the product and colour, set the number of packs and add it to your cart. When you tap the \u201cSend order via WhatsApp\u201d button in your cart, the products, product codes, pack\/piece quantities and subtotal are passed to WhatsApp as a ready-made message. Payment and shipping details for your order are then confirmed on the same line.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n

Do I need an account to place an order?<\/summary>

No. You can order without creating an account. If you create one, you can track your orders and addresses on the \u201cMy Account\u201d page.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n

How can I become a dealer?<\/summary>

Businesses that buy regularly can apply for free on the Dealer application<\/a> page. Applications are reviewed and approved individually; approved dealers see dealer prices when they log in.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

Prices and payment<\/h2>\n
Do prices include VAT?<\/summary>

No. All prices on the site exclude VAT and are shown as \u201c+ VAT\u201d. Each product shows both the unit price and the pack price.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n

Which payment methods can I use?<\/summary>

Orders are currently taken via WhatsApp; payment options are shared with you when your order is confirmed.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

Shipping and Delivery<\/h2>\n
Who pays for shipping?<\/summary>

Shipping is paid by the buyer. Orders within T\u00fcrkiye are sent with our contracted courier MNG Kargo, paid by the recipient; you pay the shipping fee on delivery. For details, see the Shipping and Delivery<\/a> page.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n

When will my order be shipped?<\/summary>

Orders placed by 16:00 are handed to the courier the same day. For pre-order products, the estimated shipping time is shown on the product page.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n

How can I track my shipment?<\/summary>

If you ordered with an account, you can see your order status on the My Account \u2192 Orders<\/a> page. For orders placed without an account, write to our WhatsApp line for tracking information.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n

Do you ship internationally?<\/summary>

Yes. We have a store in Poland and can ship to buyers abroad. For international orders, contact us via WhatsApp (+90 534 926 85 69), our Poland line (+48 790 349 767) or the e-mail address on our Contact<\/a> page.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

What is pre-order (RPT)?<\/summary>

RPT refers to products that are produced again. You can order these products even when they are out of stock; the product page shows a \u201cPre-order\u201d label and the estimated shipping time (business days).<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n

Where can I find size measurements?<\/summary>

You can review sizes and pack types in the \u201cSize Chart\u201d section of product pages and on the Size Chart<\/a> page.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n

Are the product photos real?<\/summary>

Yes. The photos on product pages are real photos of the products we sell.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n

Returns and exchanges<\/h2>\n
Can I return or exchange a product?<\/summary>

All terms on defective or incorrectly sent products and the return process are on the Returns and Cancellation Terms<\/a> page. To request a return, simply contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail with your order number and the reason for the return.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n\n
